Live site monitor
Every site you host — yours and your clients' — in one place. Each card loads a live preview: if it renders, the site responded. Best-effort only — a site that blocks embedding can read as not-responding even when it's live, so click through to confirm.

How hosting works (the easy system)
1. Build — client fills your intake form → you paste it to Claude → get a finished HTML file.
2. Host — go to app.netlify.com/drop → drag the HTML file on → it's live in seconds, free.
3. Name it — in Netlify: Site settings → Change site name → set it to the client (e.g.
4. Track it — click "+ Add site" above, paste the URL, and it shows up here with live monitoring.
5. (Later) — if the client has their own domain, point it at the Netlify site in Domain settings.
2. Host — go to app.netlify.com/drop → drag the HTML file on → it's live in seconds, free.
3. Name it — in Netlify: Site settings → Change site name → set it to the client (e.g.
wilderstudio → wilderstudio.netlify.app). Clean URL, looks pro.4. Track it — click "+ Add site" above, paste the URL, and it shows up here with live monitoring.

📞 Launch — guided live-call
The full $349 + $75/mo cold-call flow, step by step.
Step 1 of 6
⓿ Before You Dial · 10 sec
- Pull up their Google Maps listing — note review count + one specific detail
- Stand up. Smile. (Sounds different in your voice)
- Water nearby
- Stripe link ready in case they say yes
❶ Confirm owner
"Hey, is this [Owner name]?"
If unsure who owns it: "Hey, who am I talking to?" → "Hey [name], are you the owner over there?"
❷ Permission opener · the line that matters most
"Hey [name], this is Cayden — heads up, this is a cold call, but it's a 25-second one. Mind if I take 25 seconds?"
Warm. Slow. Smile in voice. ~70% say yes. "This is a cold call" disarms them.
❸ The question · ask, then LISTEN
"Hey [name], I was actually in the area earlier looking for a good [their industry] and pulled up [Business name] on Google — but noticed you don't have a website yet. Is there a reason for that?"
STOP TALKING. Let them answer (10-20 sec). Don't fill silence. Whatever they say, acknowledge briefly: "Yeah, totally get that" / "Makes sense."
▶ Common answers + your acknowledgment
"Just haven't gotten around to it"
"Yeah, that's most folks I talk to — one of those things that's always on the list but never the priority. That's actually why I called."
"I get customers from word of mouth"
"Smart — word of mouth's the best kind. A site's not for replacing that, it's for when someone hears about you and Googles you at 9pm to check if you're legit. Right now they land on nothing."
"I have a Facebook page"
"Got it. Facebook's good for posts but doesn't really show up when people Google '[industry] near me' — different game. A site fills that gap."
"Cost / too expensive"
"Totally fair — they used to be. That's actually the whole reason Elevate Digital exists. $349 to set up, $75 a month after — covers everything."
"Working on it / someone's building one"
"Oh nice — close to launching? If yes: 'All good, didn't mean to interrupt — best of luck.' If months out: 'Ah, that drags. If you ever get tired of waiting, I'd have you live in a week.'"
▶ Then the offer · regardless of their answer
"What I do is build clean websites for local [industry] around here — $349 to set up, $75 a month after for hosting, updates, all the stuff you don't want to deal with. Want me to text you a 30-second example so you can see what one looks like?"
❹ Branch by their response
✅ "Yeah, send something"
"Perfect. I'll text you two examples and my calendar link — best number for that?" [confirm] "Got it. You'll see it in 2 minutes. Thanks [name] — talk soon."
HANG UP → SMS within 60 sec
💵 "How much again?"
"$349 to build it, $75 a month after — covers hosting, updates, content changes. Text me what you want changed and I do it. Cancel anytime, no contract."
⏰ "Not interested / too busy"
"Totally fair. Can I text you a quick demo site so you can see what one of these looks like? Takes 30 seconds to scroll — no follow-up unless you message me first."
❌ "I already have someone"
"Ah got it — mind if I ask who?" → If DIY (Wix/Squarespace): "Cool, if you ever want to take it off your plate, I'm here. Want me to text my info just in case?" → If competitor: "Nice, [name] is solid. I'll get out of your hair — have a good one."
📧 Voicemail · under 22 sec
"Hey [Owner name], it's Cayden — calling about [Business name]. I saw your listing on Google and had a quick question about your website situation. I'm at 4-0-2, 2-7-8, 8-9-3-6. Again that's 4-0-2, 2-7-8, 8-9-3-6. I'll be around till about 6 tonight — appreciate a callback, thanks."
Why it works: "calling about [their business]" creates a curiosity gap → callback.
Don't: mention price · say "want to talk about a website" · rush the number.
Don't: mention price · say "want to talk about a website" · rush the number.
⏱ After every call · 10 sec
Mindset: Worst case they hang up — you're still alive, next. You're not interrupting — their competitor with a website is eating their lunch. ~80% won't be ready today. You only need 1 yes per 20-30 dials. $349 + $75 is fair value — say it like "$5 for coffee".
